The farm machinery network took home the title for businesses having three branches or more.
The Dealer of the Year results are based on several criteria, including finance and business management, performance in sales and marketing, and parts and servicing, advanced farming systems certification and total market share.
New Case IH general manager for Australia and New Zealand, Aaron Bett, congratulated the winners, highlighting their exceptional efforts during the past year and continuing commitment to the brand and their customers.
“O’Connors has again demonstrated the standard of service and performance that has made them one of our top dealers for some time now,” Aaron says.
“I commend the effort, expertise and commitment so prevalent within the entire O’Connors team and across their whole network.
“These dealers, and indeed all the dealers that have claimed awards this year, embody the strengths of our brand and represent the level of knowledge, service and support our customers have come to rely on.”
O’Connors chief executive Gareth Webb says it is a privilege to have been able to accept the award on behalf of his team.
“This award recognises each and every one of our 390 team members and the work they do every day to deliver to the highest standard for our customers,” Gareth added.

The win has crowned a big 12 months for O’Connors, which expanded its network to 16 branches with the acquisition of Case IH Echuca after last year taking over the full Sunrise Ag dealerships in Swan Hill and Ouyen and the Case IH broadacre component of the Mildura outlet.
This made the O’Connors network – across Victoria, NSW and SA – Case IH’s largest dealer in Australia and New Zealand.
Gareth says Echuca CIH is a great fit for the O’Connors group with the mix of farming diversity in the region fitting in well with O’Connors expertise and knowledge. “Sunrise Ag location at Ouyen represents a strong broadacre farming area where we have considerable knowledge and experience, while Mildura and Swan Hill have more agricultural diversity where we can work to expand the reach of Case IH smaller-horsepower machinery.
“That diversity is exciting for us and we see a lot of opportunities across the three locations. We have 58 years of experience in the agricultural machinery industry, representing the Case IH brand, and building a reputation for outstanding service, and second-to-none knowledge of the industry and commitment to our customers.”
