Discount on rabbit baits

LANDCARE and North Central Catchment Management Authority have joined forces in another drive to cut back the number of rabbits in the Kerang Lakes region.

They are targeting the wild bunnies with a bargain basement offer of buy one rabbit bait, get one free.

The offer is up and running now, with last orders closing on Friday, February 10.

There is a choice of pindone oat bait, 1080 oat or carrot bait – as well as sterilised free-feed products

This one-for-one offer is available to all Landcare group members and residents in the target region and the prices are: 1080 Oats – $143 (10kg bucket), Pindone Oats – $165 (10kg) and 1080 Carrots – $88 (10kg).

Free-feed products if required, are: Oats (dyed and sterilised) – $82.50, Oats (undyed and sterilised) – $66 and Carrots – $66.

People applying for 1080 products need to be aware an ACUP and 1080/PAPP extension is required to purchase and use 1080 products.

No ACUP is required to purchase or use premixed pindone oat bait.

When ordering, please state the total number of bait products you require (you will only be required to pay for half).
