As a member of the Victorian Country Press Association, the Elliott Newspaper Group and associated publishing entities are bound by the standards of the Australian Press Council.
Elliott Newspaper Group’s complaints process seeks to be as informal, prompt and economical as possible.
Complaints to Elliott Newspaper Group should be made by the complainants themselves, not by lawyers or other professional representatives.
Elliott Newspaper Group does not require complainants to waive all rights to commence legal proceedings against publishers in relation to the material about which they are complaining.
